How Many Others are/or have Double Dipped?

UPDATE: Thursday 5/14/2015 8:00 pm – you wonderful readers sure do jump to conclusions. Several individuals assumed that I was referencing current County Commissioner Randy Smith. When will those of you recognize I have 31 years of involvement in Knox County politics. Smith drives his own car to work and home everyday, if he should have to go out during the day, he shares a county car with 4 other employees. It isn’t  Smith!

This Knoxville News Sentinel details the findings that a former Knox County School Official double dipped. Kudos for the work in discovering this.

A question, how about an elected official that gathered up mileage reimbursements from Knox County. At the same time using using a Pilot/Flying J gas card that was paid monthly from the elected officials campaign account? Isn’t that double dipping? Using campaign funds and receiving government paybacks that can only be believed were placed into the officials household income.

How about an elected County Commissioner that gets a monthly travel per diem and also works in a county department and collects mileage reimbursement for driving through out their daily activities. Isn’t that double dipping?

I have heard that Craig Leuthold took a travel per diem and charged the county for his travel from satellite office to satellite office.

I wonder who Burchett will blame for a third appearance to the state election finance panel? Everything about him is nothing but stage props, the car, the carhart jacket. Everyone knows he was raised in West Hills not a carhart jacket hood. His mom and dad never wore the folksy bs prop clothes.

Now what does Julian provide? Nothing but a yes sir man. Where is Rice? Is he on another tax payer funded sabbatical?
