Do you remember radio commentator “Earl Pitts, Uh Merican” he was the orginal angry american. This WATE story ticks me off, St. Paul East United Methodist Church was my home church during my youth, it was the church we attended Sunday morning, Sumay night, Wednesday night. Monday night was Scout night, where I earned my Eagle Scout. Our youth group had lock ins, new year watch parties, lots and lots of growing up.
Back in September 2014, Mom, Dad, My Brother and I attended the Homecoming. It was like walking back in time and all the memories were positive. I remember the Pastors that helped shape me.
Now, to know that two or more people that have stolen from God by way of St. Paul East is non defensible. I hope the people are found and prosecuted.
By the way, for what it’s worth, St. Paul East United Methodist is across the Holston river. Placing it in East Knox Coumty NOT East Knoxville.
