Today, the Knoxville News Sentinel reported Anderson County Sheriffs Office naming Kenny Bartley as a suspected armed robber of a C-Store this morning.
Now it is reported Bartley is in Vienna, VA and Anderson County are enroute to investigate and question him. If he has proof he was in VA who is responsible for the negative story? Anderson County? Reporter with Knox News Sentinel or shared responsibility?
