Allen West, an alumnus of the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, a retired Lt. Colonel from the United States Army, a former member of the U.S. House of Representatives, and a well sought after commentator and best-selling author, will deliver a public address to students and members of the community on the state of our country’s national security.
