This coming Thursday, Hugh Nystrom will kick-off his campaign for the Republican nomination for Fourth District County Commission. He and Janet Testerman are competing for the position currently occupied by an incumbent. Here is the event page on Facebook.
Nystrom got out to an early start in fundraising. According to financial disclosures he surpassed the incumbent immediately. Testerman got in the race later and had a kickoff about 6 weeks ago, I suspect her fundraising is on par with Nystrom.
With a Commissioner Nystrom or Testerman the district will NOT be embarrassed with antics that get either one of them locked up in the county jail.
