Over at Mike Donila’s blog Screams from the Porch is a story about the Regal Entertainment Group potential move from Halls to the South Waterfront. Commission Chairman Dave Wright is quoted as saying,
“There will be something before commission to pass without recommendation,” said commission Chairman Dave Wright. “I do not expect any discussion.”
How does he know there will be something to pass without recommendation, unless he has had conversations with Commissioners or an intermediary (all of which are forbidden from the Chancery Court ruling of several years ago) In addition, how can the Commission Chairman expect it to pass without discussion without discussion unless there has already been discussion either among Commissioners or an intermediary on behalf of Commissioners?
