Tomorrow at NOON is the filing deadline for all Knox County positions on the March 1, 2016 primary. The Fifth District School Board is shaping up very interesting.

Lori Boudreaux is a former educator, guidance counselor and a professionally licensed pyschotherapist. A candidate without the insider political connections or a pre biased agenda.
Susan Horn, a cousin to newly elected State Rep. Jason Zachary is a candidate. It is interesting that when Zachary challenged Congressman John J. Duncan, Jr. last year, he called the Duncan family as part of the permanent political class. The perception today is that Zachary even before the first day of his first legislative session has begun building his own version of a Zachary permanent political class. It is expected that Horn has secured the same support that the four members of the school board that have been on an anti McIntyre bent possess.
Reuben (Buddy) Pelot, the adult son of Former City Councilwoman Barbara Pelot is a candidate. It is expected that Pelot has secured the same support that the five members of the school board that have been on a pro McIntyre bent possess. Interesting that Pelot’s mother as a City Councilwoman revealed that the City of Knoxville through its annexation practices where doing so in violation of state law. See the video below.
I can’t believe a Pelot would dare run for public office again after young Henry Granju’s death.

Pelot will run a dirty campaign. I hope Lori is up for it. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.
Lori may be in it for more than the kids. She is not who I want representing me anywhere, in fact neither of the 2 I’ve researched are and I’m not holding my breath the no shows cousin will be any better
