This morning on WBIR’s Inside TN 6 panelists joined Moderator John Becker in identifying the 2015 winners and losers locally, state and nationally. Four of Six panelists selected Foster Arnett as the loser, Dennis Francis (a 5th panelist) selected a former boss of Arnett, Victor Ashe as the 2015 loser. Ashe was selected because of his bullying tactics of the current Mayor Madeline Rogero because he has been given the freedom by Knox Shoppper’s Sandra Clark (an employee of Knox News Sentinel) to beat up on the female Mayor. Susan Richardson Williams, another moderator chose the city of knoxville political challengers for the 2015 City of Knoxville elections.
WBIR Investigative Reporter Mike Donila summed up Loser Arnett’s 2015 well. First, Arnett began the year by suing the taxpayers. He tried to cover that by saying he was suing the PBA and everyone knew what that was. The PBA is funded by the Knox County taxpayers. Arnett posted racist remarks online and barely apologized. He was then caught not doing his job in failing to collect over a half million in hotel occupancy tax. Arnett than lied to the media saying there was nothing he could do about it. He then cones out saying have I am finally collecting them.
