In tomorrow’s weakly paper Knox Focus, the Publisher’s Position states that Bud “Armstrong’s opponent comes from a law firm that had a long history of doing business with Knox County until Armstrong was elected. In fact, a one time senior partner was Knox County’s Delinquent Tax Attorney.” The Publisher is likely referring to Albert Harb a Senior Partner at Hodges, Daughty and Carson. While Mr. Rowell is a named Partner of Watson Roach Batson Rowell & Lauderback. I am sure when the Publisher realizes his error, he will run a correction next week.
