Jason Zachary spent a year and a half challenging Congressman John J. Duncan, Jr. in the Republican primary August 2014. A year later he won a special election for State Representative District 14. He said that the journey as a candidate for Congress in the Second District helped me to be successful. So, on Tuesday, he ran as a delegate in the Second District, of the 4 delegates for his preferred presidential candidate, Zachary finished fourth.
