Over the weekend one of the candidates for TN House District 18 generated news again, national news again in fact. Timing is everything and it is on the heels that all four candidates will be the program of the West Knox Republican Club a week from today.The WKRC meet at the Red Lobster 8040 Kingston Pike. Meeting begins at 7 p.m., if I recall correctly.

Also over the weekend confirmation was received that all four candidates will participate in the July 28 Center City Conservatives Republican Club. The CCCRC meet at the Shoney’s located at 4410 Western Avenue in Knoxville. The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. Follow CCCRC on Twitter here or Facebook here.
