Yesterday, I reported here Campaign Financials for the August 4 Contested Fifth District School Board race between Buddy Pelot and Susan Horn. I also reported the Campaign Financials for unopposed School Board races with Jennifer Owens in the Second, Tony Norman in the Third, Mike McMillan in the Eighth, as of yesterday (7-13-2016) McMillan has not filed.
Karen Carson and Doug Harris that are leaving the School Board on August 31,2016 have closed out their campaign accounts. Carson closed out with a filing on 10/2/2012 Harris closed his out with a filing on 10/11/2012. All School Board Officials filed the necessary reports by 2/1/2016, all are compliant with the state election law.
First District
Gloria Deathridge had $3,167.67 beginning balance, received ZERO, spent $682.83 leaving an on hand balance of $2,484.84
Second District
Tracie Sanger had $461.36 beginning balance, received ZERO, spent $340.00 leaving an on hand balance $121.36 (Sanger will be leaving the board on August 31, 2016 when Carson and Harris leave. She will likely be replaced by Jennifer Owen who is unopposed on the August 4 ballot.)
Fourth District
Lynne Fugate had$6,463.74 beginning balance, received ZERO, spent $227.34 leaving an on hand balance of $6,236.40
Sixth District
Terry Hill had $3,563.84 beginning balance, received ZERO, spent ZERO, has a $5,000.00 loan leaving an on hand balance of $3,563.84
Seventh District
Patti Lou Bounds had $548.88 beginning balance, received ZERO, spent $500.00 (to pay off a loan) leaving an on hand balance of $48.88
Ninth District
