In 10 days Phillip Ballard leaves the Knox County Property Assessor, he gave Knox County and Tennessee officials work. Knox County HR, Sheriffs Officers, PBA employees in firing a lot of employees, having Sheriffs deputies help them pack up their personal belonging and PBA having to turn off access cards. All the TN Employment Officials having to help with unemployment benefits. Thankfully, all these people can take a breath.
So happy that John will be back! Even happier that Phil will be gone! I wish I could be there to see him leave the building (in defeat) the final time!
