Two Friday Nights in Sevier County, TN. We are Mountain Tough and Smoky Strong

The consistent theme from the leaders (especially my friend Sevier County Mayor Larry Waters) of Sevier County since the November 28 Gatlinburg fire has been that the best way to support Sevier County is by coming back. The past two Friday’s the wife and I have been back. Our first trip (Friday 12/16/2016) we went to Gatlinburg, the eve of the Zac Brown Band Mountain Tough concert.

I am a big fan of the Discovery Channel TV Series the Moonshiners. So seeing the Sugarland Shine truck with the Space Needle looking over it was nice.

Sevier County the wife and I will be back many, many more times. Gatlinburg was a perfect get away for us when we were young married couple without children and been a great place to take our family over the years. Now that the kids are all adults. We will continue to cherish our Mountain home. Gatlinburg will always be Rocky Top to us.
