The Reception will be held at 801 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW in Washington, DC 20004 on Tuesday, September 15, 2009 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. So, while the Haslam’s had a $1,000 reception at the Foundry in Knoxville. For a $1,000 you can go to Washington and hang with Jeri Thompson. Brian Hornback of Brian’s Blog is happy that he committed early on to the Wamp campaign. Don’t want to go against Jeri and Fred. Although his wife is supporting Wamp, does that mean Fred is on board? That is just an assumption. And although it's $1000, the people of TN still have to make their way to DC to attend this which in turn costs alot more. So, should we be concerned that he is having a fundraiser for his campaign for Governor of the State of TN in Washington D.C.? Or is it he can only garner support from people in D.C. and not in the state of TN? Just a thought….
No, Logan his financial disclosure is online and he has raised thousands of dollars in TN. Just like all the profits from gasoline sales in Florida, Wyoming and the other Pilot states go into the Haslam families pockets and they in turn contribute to Billy Boy. Those dollars are from out of state, if the Haslamic's want to play that game. Just a thought….
