This morning I received an incident report from the Knox County Sheriffs Office of a 2/27/2017 incident where Former Knox County Commissioner Robert Lawrence Smith is alleged to have committed a sexual assualt.
<Out of an abundance of caution, I have removed photos of the report in that what I received after my request had personal information. It is a public document and can be received as I received it by request to KCSO.>
I text messaged Smith for comment he text replied “No comment as in the past I have been wrongly acussed.”
