Culver’s #638 in Knoxville, TN opened this week, the franchise owner is a 14 year Knoxville resident that is originally from Wisconsin where Culver’s began. The Knoxville location has 70 employees. It is located near the Kingston Pike and Cedar Bluff interchange.
After the ribbon cutting samples of the Culver’s custard and cheese curds were given to sample. It was good.
