Let’s see if I remember this correctly,When Chuck Bowers was addressing county commission he was told at the end of 5 minutes that he needed to leave the podium and when he protested he was threatened with being phyically removed from the area. Then when Paul Pinkston asked for a few minutes on Chuck’s behalf he was banged down. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TALK DISPARINGLY ABOUT MIKE RAGSDALE in front of this commission or the law director, that’s what Chuck didn’t know, so when the good idot dr. briggs apologizes to Chuck Bowers he can do the same for the other gentletman (sic)run richard run.
