During tonight’s school board meeting Sam Anderson in trying to make a point about NOT censuring Robert Bratton went back to 2003 and recalled an incident in where he, his wife, a former Superintendent and two former school board members rode in a limo.
He said tonight that he re-imbursed the school district for the limo ride. Which he did. The revisionist history came when he said tonight that the only proof of his re-imbursement was a receipt maintained by then School Board Secretary Elizabeth Wells. I have in the possession of Brian’s Blog a tape copy of the Hallerin Hilton Hill Show where Sam says that his wife reminded him he wrote a check and he went back and found the copy of the check. So, Sam lied.
In addition he said that it was a former board member that was critical of him for the limo. Actually in the same Hallerin Hilton Hill broadcast, it was current School Board Member Robert Bratton that called in and talked about the limo ride.
