Knox County Taxpayer Employees are NOW Beer Distributors

Doug Bataille, Knox County Parks and Recreation Director appeared before the Knox County Beer Board. The Knox County Beer Board is Chaired by Commissioner R. Larry Smith, the next Commissioner to be ousted for perjury.

The Knox County owned Three Ridges Golf Courses had since the year 2000 contracted the the food and beverage/beer operation. The beer board approved that Knox County employees will now be distributors of alcohol.

So, when someone becomes intoxicated and causes a death due to driving while intoxicated the lawsuit can be filed against us the taxpayers of Knox County, Doug Bataille and Beer Board Chairman and perjury offender R. Larry Smith.
