Today, Matlock starts at 8 an at Owens Restaurant in Dandridge, at 11 at Cardin’s Drive -In in the Knox County community of Four Way Inn, then at 1 pm he will be at the East Knox Community Meeting at the Burlington branch library in East Knoxville and then at 5 pm at TC’s Grill in Maryville.
