Schoonmaker responds by email with a partial answer. He will explain to his colleagues. I am a constituent and have been a propert tax payer in district five since 1992. Schoonmaker obviously does not believe that his constituent deserves and answer for his action. Only his 10 buddies that do not live in his district.
