STOKES NIELSON AND STOKES & FRIENDS PODCAST
Stokes Nielson has directed, and produced original content, for many of the leading artists in the entertainment industry; including 5th Harmony, Toby Keith, Peter Frampton, The Band Perry, Selena Gomez, Lady Antebellum, Megan Trainor and Sam Hunt. As a recording artist, Nielson is a BMI Award Winning Songwriter and 3-Time Academy of Country Music Award Nominee, who is credited with 6 Top-40 Billboard Country Chart placements for radio play and album sales. Nielson’s company, Channel Greatness, is also a content provider for Red Carpet coverage for over 400+ radio stations in the United States, covering The Grammys, Billboard Music Awards, American Music Awards, Hollywood Film Awards, and the Academy of Country Music Awards.
Nielsen launched the Podcast “Stokes & Friends: KPOP With T.H.I.S.” on the Westwood One Podcast Network in 2018 and became the first Asian Music Related Podcast to reach the Top 10 of Apple Music Podcasts. In 2019, Stokes is expanding the scope of Stokes & Friends to include global music and political issue advocacy, and the first episode involving this expansion was launched on February 26, 2019, titled “The Spirit of Dignity”.
Nielson is a third generation Nashvillian, and a graduate of Vanderbilt University.
Stokes will be in Knoxville at the Center City Conservatives Republican Club on March 28 as one of the Speakers.
