This morning’s Knox County Commission and Sunshine is Knox County Commissioner at Large Seat 11 Justin Biggs and Knox County Commissioner Sixth District Brad Anders at the ChickfilA on Clinton Highway.
They discussed the mobility study going on in Hardin Valley and the traffic along Chapman Highway and South Knoxville, including traffic along Sevierville Pike.
