Hubert Smith is running for Knoxville City Council at Large Seat C, the primary is August 27, 2019 Early Voting August 7 -22, 2019. Hubert is a radio talk show host, the host of the monthly Motley Crew Community Luncheon. He serves as the Board Secretary of the Public Building Authority.
