When Recode Knoxville passed, West Hills subdivision was excluded. On Tuesday, Knoxville City Council votes a second time on Recode. If you would like your neighborhood excluded like West Hills, you gotta sign up to speak and request it. Because City Council would not treat West Hills different than another neighborhood requesting the same. Right?

Rogero played Andrew Roberto like a fiddle. Neither West Hills or Sequoyah Hills are free of ADU’s. Council never put in writing what the process is in Recode. They said trust us we’ll work it later. Which means never.
So the Zoning Czar and Office of Neighborhoods can say no for any reason they make up. Roberto ain’t too smart. A lawyer should know better.
