I was unable to attend, but had a source or two there. County Commissioner at Large Seat 11 Justin Biggs and a HPUD rate payer was the only elected official to attend.
One source told me, HPUD has a million dollar building but the meeting is in a maintenance building. Can barely hear the person sitting next to me. Huge fan.
