Mannis says that the City should not compete with private business like the Expo Center. So it is as if he is advocating ridding the City of Chilhowee Park.
The candidates were not asked about the recent gun swap with KPD where confiscated guns were swapped with what KPD wanted. Putting those confiscated guns back on the street.
