In the City of Knoxville General Election EVERY voter gets to vote for one candidate for Mayor, One for City Council at Large A, B and City. They also Elect one of two finalist for District 5. Every voter may vote for one in 5 positions.
the publication erred in stating only District 5 voters may vote in District 5. It’s been that way for years, nothing new.
