The morning after the City of Knoxville General election, Knox County Sheriffs Office Captain Aaron Yarnell (who helps facilitate internet and social media content) post on his personal Facebook to the KPD Officers that KCSO is hiring.
Why would you attack the Mayor Elect and Police Chief immediately following an election? Especially since KPD investigates officer involved incidents and Vice Versa.
You would think that would be counter productive to the inter agency memorandum of agreement.
