One of the weekly throwaway newspapers today has a q & a with the two Republicans and one Democrat candidates for Knox County Commission Fourth District and when I saw the picture of Kyle Ward, I text messaged Kyle and asked is this you, cause it does not look like you. He replied no and has since submitted a picture to them, if they do not have one.
