I receive notices from Knoxville regularly, for example just a bit ago, I got this
Mayor Indya Kincannon applauds the Knox County Health Department’s Safer at Home Order issued today saying, “This is a necessary, pro-active step to help stop the spread of COVID-19 in our community. Thank you Dr. Buchanan and thank you all for your cooperation and understanding during this unprecedented time. We will get through this together.”
This was the first I had heard of this order. So, I email Dr. Martha Buchanan asking for the order. I immediately get a response back that said. “Will pass this to the appropriate people”
As the person that issued the order, she doesn’t have it?
