Is the TN GOP State Executive Committee meeting on Wednesday September 2 still in session? I was an observer (listener as it was a “free conference call” meeting) as many media around the state also listened in. The meeting was never adjourned, there was not a motion to adjourn, no second to adjourn and no vote to adjourn. Is the meeting still in session?
