The main office for the Knox County Election Commission has relocated in the old courthouse from Room 218 to Room 229 (right across the hall). Our main office’s new address (also our mailing address) is:

Additionally, the Knox County Election Commission is in the process of opening a satellite office in the former Frank Strang Senior Center in west Knoxville. The satellite office’s physical address is:

The Election Commission has maintained a presence in the 109 Lovell Heights Roadlocation since August of 2020, as additional space was required to process the record number of absentee ballots for the November 3, 2020 election. Both the main office and the west office will be full service for the public and candidates/elected officials, including:
- picking up/returning qualifying petitions,
- registering to vote,
- changing name and/or address on voter registration record,
- requesting voter records or voter history disk,
- seeking assistance/answering questions on restoration of voting rights.
