A source told me that Knox County Sheriff Tom Spangler had a political fundraiser this morning Tuesday April 27, 2021 at the Aubrey’s at Papermill Road in Knoxville.

I was unable to go by, however a source did and both Sheriff Spangler and his Chief Bernie Lyons luxury Knox County vehicles were parked in the Aubrey’s parking lot.

Use of Government Property: No public official or employee shall make use of facilities, equipment, personnel or supplies of the county or its agencies for private use or gain except to the extent that the use is incidental or minimal or is lawfully available to the general public.
