Should Knox County Cars Be Used at Political Fuctions?

A source told me that Knox County Sheriff Tom Spangler had a political fundraiser this morning Tuesday April 27, 2021 at the Aubrey’s at Papermill Road in Knoxville.

I was unable to go by, however a source did and both Sheriff Spangler and his Chief Bernie Lyons luxury Knox County vehicles were parked in the Aubrey’s parking lot.

Which brings to question the Knox County Code of Ethics policy about use of County Equipment. You can find the entire Ethics policy, here.
