Elaine Davis, Knox County Republican Party Vice Chair picked up a petition to run as a Republican candidate for TN State House of Representatives in District 18, the district encompasses a lot of South Knoxville. Her precinct 90, South Doyle got redistricted into TN State House 18.
If freshman State Representative Eddie Mannis chooses to run for re-election it will be a primary campaign of Davis-vs-Mannis.
