It begins with a serious rebuttal to the “joke” that it was the sign that elected Kim Frazier as the Republican nominee for Knox County at Large Commission Seat 11 into a pissed off discussion about land use and in particular what is happening in South Knox County to Dry Hollow Community by Thunder Mountain, LLC et Al.
