Well 8 Knox County Commissioners (a majority) approved development in the Dry Hollow Community by developers that ain’t from around here to provide housing for people that ain’t here yet.
Commissioners Smith and Busler, both lame ducks for another three months joined with the six others (a majority) to approve it. More about Smith later.
Commissioner Carson Dailey of South Knox was taking credit for everything that ever happened in South Knox like he was pitching for a park or at a minimum a park bench to be named after him, not that anyone other than Dailey himself would sit on it.
Oh well…. here’s hoping that Dry Hollow will challenge the conditional zoning not to Board of Zoning Appeals BUT a Court of Competent Jurisdiction. Cause i am not sure after the Commission dealing with this tonight that there is a simple majority of competence on Commission. I could be wrong and it’s an opinion, feel free to make it your own or not.
