on the 110th episode of the Brian Hornback experience I talk with TN State Senator Mark Pody to discuss the TN State Constitutional Amendment #4. The Amendment when passed on Tuesday November 8, 2022 Early Voting October 19 – November 3 will remove the prohibition of a leader of a religious organization, a Pastor, Priest from serving in the legislature. The Supreme Court has ruled it is unconstitutional to prohibit the profession from being a legislator. This will codify it within the TN Constitution.
