Tomorrow 12/14/2023 at NOON is the filing deadline to run in the Republican and Democrat Primaries on March 5, 2024.
In the Republican Primary there are now 5 in Knox County Commission District 5. The current Commissioner is term limited and ineligible to run for another term.
Brad Hall – native Knox Countian, a long career in law enforcement with Knox County Sheriff’s Office.
Angela Russell
Toni Scott – former Knox County Middle School teacher and Coach.
Dale Skidmore – native East Tennesseean, with a local insurance agency in the district
Brian Walker – an insurance background with small business entrepreneur experience.
