Kilgore is strong on the Death Penalty his opponent has stated that the death penalty is wrong even in the case of Adolph Hitler. Jerry Kilgore is married to a teacher and has a plan for improving Virginia’s education system, his opponent is former Mayor of the worst education system in Virginia. Jerry kilgore has a plan on transportation, his opponent does not.
