I notice that the Big Metal Shed on the Hill has an inconsistent record for what stories online have the comments disabled. Sometimes they will disable when one story gets a lot of negative attention. Sometimes they just disable when a story is first posted. Like this story today. The comments were disabled from the time it was posted. I suspect that a lot of people may want to post their support for the family. This is a problem that every family has faced. It just brings to mind the inconsistent policy of comment disabling.

Policy appears clear..”When it involves the editor’s son,the NS disables comments”
This is one more reason why the Sentinel’s credibility is circling the toilet
When it involves…. Or when it involves unfavorable comments upon those who the KNS favors, the KNS disables the comments, or drops the story from its websites frontpage. Like anything negative about Haslam. See DCS, for example.
