As you may or may not know, Ambassador and Former Mayor of Knoxville Victor Ashe authors a column in the E.W. Scripps owned weekly publication, The Shopper. As tomorrows edition went online tonight and the print papers hit the throw away racks tomorrow. Ashe passed on the opportunity to clear the air over this recently released report by the Federal Office of Inspector General.
