Longtime Knoxville activist Hubert Smith is celebrating a birthday today. Smith host of the CTV show One on One with Hubert Smith and host of the Hubert Smith Radio Show airing weekly on Sunday’s 10 a.m. – NOON on FM 90.3 Smith serves on the Knoxville/Knox County Public Building Authority and now serving a second stint on the Board of the Knoxville Transit Authority.
