Sources close to an elected officials arrest and conviction have told us that the elected official contended last year that he lost employment because the official had a hand gun present in the company vehicle at the time that it was impounded by the Knoxville Police Department. If that is true and if that is the reason for the question, the results are razor thin. Additionally the results from the district the public official represents are overwhelmingly supportive of the companies direction for what will and will not be in the company assets provided to aid employees in their work responsibilities.
