got a feeling that the Big Metal Shed is looking at another round of budget cuts, given their apparent move to be a not for profit entity, a public spin machine for Pilot Corporation during the investigation of Pilot Travel Centers, LLC, and a much celebrated example for journalism schools around the country as to how to not practice solid journalistic investigative reporting and demonstrate impeccable journalistic integrity.
In my opinion, Donilla has some ability, a pretty good nose for news, and a filter to screen out a lot of the BS which is measured in tons in this spin shop plauged community. Not sure feel good news department at Channel 10 will allow him the journalistic freedom he ought to have, but I’m not sure there is a media outlet in Knoxville, Tennessee that has any guts, gravitas, or First Amendment Stones anymore.
