Over the weekend, I posted this prediction. Sure enough, yesterday afternoon, Chairman Tony Norman prior to Commission approving last months minutes changed the vote count on the censure of Commissioner Jeff Ownby. I guess Ownby’s vote could only be heard by the Chairman. Ownby wasn’t present yesterday to clarify his vote.
