This Chattanooga Times Free Press details that Third District Congressman Chuck Fleischmann and his wife gave $605 to the 2013 Obama inauguration. Also, in the story it mentions that Former Knox County Trustee John Duncan contributed $300 to the inauguration.
Fleischmann Spokesman said it was for two tickets to an inauguration event. I would assume that is the same for Duncan. As he is now in the private sector, it is not news worthy.
Interesting that when Fleischmann has ran he proclaims to be a Conservative. However, contributing to the Obama inauguration is not a Conservative gesture.
