This Chattanooga Times Free Press story says that Congressman Scott DesJarlais‘s opponent scored the endorsement of Citizens United. While they have endorsed the Congressman since 2010, they say they can not because he isn’t Conservative enough.
They should just be honest and say that the 2012 revelations of the Congressman’s past is too toxic for their assistance. His positions, votes haven’t changed. All that I am asking is just be honest.
(I believe and live by TRUTH and Honesty as evidenced by recent court filings in response to a court filing against me and this website, but I digress)
DesJarlais’s opponent is far from Conservative. His continued support for non partisan school board elections and control of the selection of Directors and Superintendents be mandated by the legislature NOT by each of the 95 counties and 124 school districts of this state. I am not asking the legislature to mandate election or appointment of School Directors/Superintendents, I say let the voters of each school district by an election decide how to select that position. That is Conservative. Allowing all decisions rest locally, not in Nashville and certainly NOT in Washington.
