Why is this so odd? Two reasons. One, she is an active candidate for Sixth District Knox County School Board. So, she wants all county communication filtered through her. Two, when has the Principals had to answer to the PTA President? They work for the Superintendent. Not a volunteer looking for a paid gig as School Board Member.

I hope someone files an ethics complaint against Sandra Rowcliffe for this censorship. She is an embarrassment to the Knox County PTA. There is serious talk about abandoning Knox County PTA and forming a new parents teacher organization because of this lunatic. Parents and teachers are sick of Sandra Rowcliffe and her antics.
